FAQ

  • The 6th Annual Boston Lymphatic Symposium will focus on Lipedema. We are bringing together experts from around the world to share the latest science, treatments, and surgical options. In addition to the clinical and research programming, there will be a patient-centered educational day designed for patients and advocates to engage directly with experts, learn about research advancements, and explore treatment options.

  • Our faculty includes world-class leaders in Lipedema from multiple disciplines, including: - Physicians and surgeons (Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Bariatrics) - Advanced practice providers and therapists - Scientists and researchers - Patient advocates

  • There are two tracks for participation:

    - Clinical Track – For healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, residents, fellows, advanced practice providers, and therapists.

    - Patient Track – For patients and patient advocates.

  • The Symposium will take place in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston:

    - Clinical/Research Track: Merck Laboratories
